The Bartlett Woods Family Ministry seeks to serve both the larger spiritual family and the nuclear family. Both are vital to passing on faith from one generation to the next. The ministry utilizes retreats, congregational fellowship opportunities, intergenerational service, mentorship programs, support opportunities for our marriages, and equips families for discipleship at home and in the church to accomplish our mission to Love God, Love Others, and Change the World.

The Bartlett Woods Family Ministry offers two main mentoring programs per year while also encouraging other ministry leaders to provide mentoring opportunities for members.
M80 Mentors | This mentorship program pairs graduating seniors with a trusted adult of their choosing. This adult commits to walking alongside of the senior during their first six months in a new season of life–whether going to college, trade school, or beginning a career. They are committed to helping the student find a church home in a new city, praying regularly with them, and keeping in touch with them. Bartlett Woods' high school seniors receive a welcome letter to this program at the beginning of their last semester in high school.
M&M Club | This mentorship program partners married couples together who are committed to strengthening their marriages for a year. Each mentoring pair is asked to get together once a month for a meal or outing. During their time together, they are encouraged to discuss one of twelve different topics provided to them at the beginning of the program. Each M&M cohort begins in February and ends in January.
